My Approach to Psychology
My approach to psychology is compassionate, client-centred, and evidence-based. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, values, and goals, and I work flexibly to meet clients where they are at in their journey. I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) with a focus on building psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, and meaningful change in everyday life.
Areas of Interest
I am particularly passionate about supporting clients across a range of mental health presentations and life challenges, with a strong focus on creating a warm, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic space. I enjoy working with clients across the age span however, I have a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals. I value helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for long term wellbeing.
